  My husband and I are new homeowners and our AC had a puddle underneath it... I called TAP and Billy called back that night and had me text a video. He was there ASAP and sure enough it was a simple fix! We’re grateful we had nothing to worry about, but had it been worse, I’d have no doubt he would have been honest and fair with his pricing. Definitely keeping his # for any future issues

  Needed my heater fixed and was referred by a friend of the family to give Billy @ TAP Heating and Cooling a call. Was very pleased with everything from cost of service call to cost of repair once he figured out what the issue was he had it fixed in no time. Am so happy to have heat again... Will continue to use them and refer everyone i know.

  I was fortunate to have found him several years ago and have referred him several times to others. He came out one winter, the day before Thanksgiving w(it was frigid and snowy) when no one else I called would. He was very reasonable priced and had the work completed in no time. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
