  We got home from vacation on New Years Day to see our heat wasn't working. We called All Hours Heating and Cooling and they arrived quickly. They took their time figuring out the root issue, did a great job patching to get us heat thru the weekend, and came right back out when the part had arrived on Monday. Our house hasn't heated this well since purchasing, so we are even more appreciative! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

  This company and it's employees are THE BEST!!! I had a bad experience with Home Depot installing a defective hot water heater and went without hot water for a week! I finally called All Hours and they installed a new one for me the next morning! The owner (Rodney) worked me into the schedule quickly and the installers (Donald and ?) were wonderful and went above and beyond to help me by returning the defective hot water heater to Home Depot. They returned it for FREE when I couldn't even get Home Depot to come get it or replace it for a week! Home Depot and their installer, Crew2, overcharged me for installation of the defective hot water heater ($949), over and above the cost of the hot water heater. All Hours wrote a letter for me to submit to my credit card company to dispute the charges for the defective hot water heater installation. They did this on Christmas Eve since the credit card company was asking for documentation immediately. I cannot sing their praises enough and I will only use them in the future! From Holly in the office, to Rodney and Donald, this is a top notch company with integrity. Thank you so much All Hours for helping me out of a bad situation.

  All Hours was very professional. Even though this work was not in the budget at Christmas, we had to replace our hot water tank. They were able to install same day, 2 days before Christmas!! I'm very thankful to now have hot water!
