  Our AC went out. I called at 9 pm and Troy answered. He was able to track down the part we needed and install it the next day! We are greatful that he was able to get us taken care of especially during this heatwave. Thank you.

  Troy is an honest and hardworking business man in La Grande OR. I have known him for over 15 years. He is kind and courteous and very honest. I had a new unit go bad just after the warranty expired due to a compressor failure which was problematic for that model year. Troy worked with me to install a new unit for cheaper than the 10 year old model. He further installed the unit at his cost without any labor charges due to the close failure to the warranty date. My new unit is so very quiet I cannot hear it run except if full demand mode. Troy is the BEST.

  I have called welders, electricians, plumbers, contractors, handymen, roofers... They don't answer the phone, they never call back, or they don't show up. So I have started getting things done by people out of the area. Troy is the only contractor in this vicinity who has ever actually answered a call and then show up ON TIME and done the job. I don't think the fee he charged me several months ago even paid the retail price of the Honeywell thermostat I asked him to install, and going under the house on hands and knees to clear liquid from the unit so it actually worked, was above and beyond for the price. I can't imagine why anybody would give him one star and then not explain... unless they didn't want him to be able to respond or they knew it was on them and Google would have removed their comments. Thank you Troy, this region doesn't deserve someone like you!
