Long story short, I had 4 companies quote me a install of a new water heater and new boiler for my house, with removal of the old. Of the 4, T-mark was the lowest cost. T-mark is super professional in its operations. * They text u pictures of the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival. * Their quotes were completed and emailed to me before they left my house. * The techs took the time to explain the pros and cons of a traditional boiler vs a combination high efficiency boiler. * They offer 0% financing. * Didn't charge me any extra for hooking up my ecobee smart thermostat. They did the removal and install in one day! They sent four technicians to my house. The quality of their work is above and beyond what the original boiler had. T-mark techs reworked the copper piping, the manifold, and added shut off valves everywhere, thereby making any future maintenance pain free. I am really really impressed with the new system. In the pictures note that the new boiler is the blue one. Thank you T-Mark!

T-Mark Hearing and Plumbing is my go to service company. Last week, I had my furnace serviced by Alex who was very polite and conscientious. Believe it or don’t, I had NEVER had my furnace serviced. Alex was a bit surprised as he shared that it was already 26 years old; imagine my surprise. I asked for an estimated life span of the furnace and Alex would only say that “you are on borrowed time”, which I felt was a very fair and helpful statement. Fast forward 4 days. I left my home late afternoon to run an errand and returned an hour later to a cold house. I called T-Mark and Abby tracked down Alex who was finishing up another job. He offered to stop by to see what had happened. I believe Abby didn’t need to make that effort, as she had me scheduled for a service call the next day, but she reached out to Alex. Alex could have declined to help me, as it was at the end of his day, but he didn’t. Upon arrival he immediately went to work and determined the igniter had failed. He had one in his truck and within 30 minutes my furnace was humming again. As I write, the temps in Buffalo are in the single digits this morning, and I am enjoying a warm home because of Abby and Alex. I am profoundly grateful to both of them and certainly the all around professional and exceptional service of T-Mark.

Well, I have had T-Mark before but this may be the LAST time. The sewer line repair was done but they left a MESS. A large pile of dirt on the entrance way to the rear apartment - see photo, garden plants dug up - I don't know where they went, damaged a fence. I complained and someone said they would "take a look". I don't know if anyone did - I haven't heard from anyone. And the basement smell like sewage - maybe this was unavoidable??
