  Went in there looking for a pilot assembly kit; they didn't carry but sold me a piece to the kit (3x more expensive than Amazon but I was desperate for hot water and someone stole the one I ordered on Amazon). They looked up the model number; said this was probably the right part. After I got home and realized it's the wrong part, I called back asking if they carried what I need and if I could return the part I bought. Nope, can't return electrical parts. Never mentioned at time of purchase. "It's on your slip." The slip I received AFTER purchasing the product. Very frustrating. They're like the car mechanics selling you wipers when all you need is more fluid. Sucks. UPDATE: the part was defective. Didn't conduct electricity (it's a thermocouple).
