  My fathers pipes froze up in his mobile home. T&L was called to fix the problem. After two hours they had come up with a bill that was over $400 dollars!! The entire waterlines under the trailer already had heat tape that was working fine. To take advantage of an 80 year old man in a time of need is about as low class as it gets. When comparing to 3 other local contractors,the bill was almost 3 times higher than the competition. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!
