  So pleased with Cripe Heating and Air! They were able to come out the same day and complete the work, including getting parts, within that same day. Without their quick work, we could have found ourselves without heat. So glad I found them! And on top of the great service, the price was much lower than I expected. I highly recommend Cripe

  Cripe was great to work with! We got a hold of them last minute this morning and they were able to get Tim here before the end of the day and get our system fixed up. They stayed in contact with us during the day to keep us up to date if they would be able to get us in, they were able to adjust their schedule to work with us on a same day request. Tim let us know by text when he was on his way and he was true to his word on the time. He came in, extremely friendly and professional and was able to get us up and running in no time at all. Thank you so much for working with us and getting us heat!!!

  Tim got here less than an hour after I called on a very busy day for everyone (0° January day) and he had it running in 2 minutes. It was running but he still had to get the replacement part, none was available in town so he drove to Springfield to get it. He was back fast and he had the part replaced in 5 minutes. Service fee was very reasonable! He has some advice on switching to a better filter for my system, and he explained why in terms I could understand as a layman. Tim is great and I will be using him from now on! Thanks, Tim!
