  On one of the hottest weeks this year here in Sacramento our AC stopped working. We called several places but the earliest I could get anyone was in three days. Syntrol had a tech out to us within two hours. Chuc was cordial, professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem in a short time. Unfortunately it required a new part for our 24 year old package unit that could not be found anymore. The very next day, Dan came out and worked us out a very reasonable quote complete with 18 months no interest financing. Chuc delivered a small portable AC unit for us to use until they could schedule the installation. Three days later they showed up and had it done in one day! Five Stars!

  Since the air system was installed I have had nothing but problems. The first time was about 6 months after installed, the air conditioner would not work. They came out and said the mother board was bad and had to order another one. After several calls and 4 months later the new board was put in. Since then i have had another company come and work on the unit. Now it is not working again. Another company came out and now for the second time there is a leak, they are being really nice about servicing my air but according to the contract I have life time labor and parts. I have made at least 10 calls to talk to someone in the last 3 weeks and all I get is a busy signal. One time my daughter left a message, and of coarse no return call.

  Specializing in HORRENDOUS by Syntrol They caused a leak in my roof after doing a complete new roof. They did admit it was there fault. So far so good absolutely not. They were informed in November it took three week to come out mid December. They did a quick patch after an additional visit. waiting another four months ( April 2017) just to have a drain pipe installed which they left in my backyard without my permission. Also it took three months to address the mold caused by the leak. Hay it get better over SIX months waiting for a skylight they forgot to install. Now they blame Home Depot for poor business and not doing good business If you like poor workmanship, finger pointing, and irresponsible business this is for you. They based in Roseville, CA. BE WARNED & USE EXTREME LOGIC....
