  Complete HVAC system replacement. From the sales, very professional and knowledgeable. The sales team never pressured or tried to up sell us into something we didn’t need. We had the install team here the very next day. The team was very polite, clean, and professional They completed the entire job in six hours. They left the work space clean, as if they were never even there. Great communication with the office staff. 10/10 would recommend Gilmore for any work you are looking to get done.

  During a big snowstorm, we had several things fail at our vacation home. One of those was the water heater. My son was visiting the home from Arizona, but had to return home in just a few days. I dealt directly with the person in charge of water heaters and we worked out a very tight schedule to replace the water heater within 24 hours which, while bypassing their normal procedures, was vital to our getting the system fixed. We have used Gilmore before for A/C repair and they are always willing to work with us to get the job done quickly. VERY professional!
