I bought a part for my furnace that they claimed was brand new and the part did not work. The manager asked me to come back to see the part and when I got there he looked at the part and literally threw it at me and told me they don't do returns. Terrible company DONT SHOP THERE!!

SWH always has what I need, in stock, and at a great price.  Everyone I’ve worked with has been helpful, but this time it was Ray who helped me directly.  Great team and great company!

Purchase most of my 4" filters and water evaporators here. So glad they sell to walk-in customers. Always friendly and fast service.

A+ experience. The do sell to individuals, not just wholesale as the sign says outside. They guys that waited on me were super cool, and knew exactly what I needed. Bought a condenser fan, new fan blade, and a run cap and the total was 140.00. The last time I paid an HVAC tech, for that same repair, it cost me 500.00.

Delivered here. 8am appt. Gate was locked and not enough room to park in driveway & not stick out into road w/a 53ft. trailer, but there is a center lane for turns, and they opened the gate before 7am and even had me empty before my appointment time! Awesome job, Tom! It's dealing with people like you that makes trucking fun!! Hope I get to deliver here again some time! 5*
