  We had a very good experience with Surprise Air Conditioning & Heating. We contacted them through our Costco membership. Their rep Ed was quick to respond. He answered all of our questions. The service was scheduled quickly after our appointment with Ed. The technicians came for the appointment right on time and installed our new AC unit in the estimated time frame. There were no surprises and they cleaned up after the installation. We received a fair price and are very pleased with how the new system is working.

  Surprise Air Conditioning & Heating have repaired my HVAC unit twice, and have also helped multiple friends whom I have referred. Mark came out today and gave me my options for my AC, as well as his professional advice. Every time I call Surprise Air Conditioning & Heating I am happy to see Mark. He's a great guy, is super knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor. A+

  Our Crane gas boiler would not fire. Contacted Surprise Air Conditioning & Heating for a service/repair call. Mark arrived and was very professional. With his years of experience and knowledge explained in detail the issues we were faced with. After discussion of options we came to the the conclusion that a replacement was necessary. Thank you.
