  I am so grateful to my neighbor that recommended Baker Heating and Cooling and this company. A/C stopped cooling so I called to "get on the list". Their customer service is superb. That is so rare. They actually listened. They called back quickly to tell me they would be here within a couple hours. I cannot express my gratitude enough for complete dedication I witnessed from each of their employees that I spoke to as they put me at ease when I was on my way to a meltdown! Thank you one and all! This is the company you want on your contact list for your A/C and heating needs. Do it now so you don't have to stress.

  Ken and his team were extremely helpful and responsive to any and all concerns. They showed up on time and installed my entire Bosh, super quiet, super efficient system in just over 2 hours. AMAZING company and HIGHLY recommended!! I wish all companies were this pleasant to work with...

  Baker Heating and Cooling is the only contractor for any home service I have ever had 100% complete trust in performing services. Ken Baker absolutely delivers on commitments every time. My most recent opportunity was with an AC unit recently installed that had a capacitor fail. Ken was onsite same day ( actually within 3 hours), diagnosed the issue, replaced the component and service was restored. I recommend his company enthusiastically and without any reservation at all. He take pride in his company and his record of customer service and that pride is well deserved. -- Floyd P
