  Had Oscar out for a system replacement and a new vent into a room a few years back. Turns out he didn't install the correct heat strip package for our home and we never had electric heat kicking on. He also didn't set up the thermostat to notice that there were heat strips. On top of that, we had my licensed electrician check over everything and he found that wiring was done incorrectly. Oscar is NOT a licensed electrician and HVAC installers are NOT supposed to touch anything after the disconnect. We also found that Oscar had no idea what he was doing when installing duct work. He cut a hole in our existing ducting and forced a piece of cheap ducting into it and thought there would be airflow, instead of putting in the correct diverter box for ducting. Oh, did I forget to mention that his contracting license has MULTIPLE violations? Yeah, probably should have noticed that from the start. CHECK YOUR CONTRACTORS HISTORY WITH L&I

  Thank you Oscar and crew for the wonderful addition of a dual fuel system and air conditioning. We have been enjoying the wonderful air and super quiet system. Not only did we get an amazing price compared to other competitors but they were efficient fast and friendly. If you want high quality and super efficiency these are the guys to call. Our bill barely went up and we are super comfortable in this heat. This is the place to go for a great deal and for high quality work and equipment. Also with the air scrubber included we have noticed a huge change with our allergies and i dont have a worry any day with my allergies!

  I totally recommend Oscar for your heating and air conditioning services. He helped us tremendously and saved us money. He helped us solve a problem with the heat pump super quick and got us air conditioning for the hot summer days. He is very professional, is on time and very responsible. Thank you Oscar for all you did for my family.
