The crew ( Mason and Cooper ) showed up exactly on time at 8:00 am. They spent all day installing 3 ductless ac/heating units. They worked efficiently, and quickly, cleaning up after themselves along the way. Three electricians showed up a short time later. I let everyone know that my 2 dogs were in my room with the door shut, and if they needed to go into the room to let me know so I could get them, because if they get out they will bolt ( after biting their ankles ), and they are hard to catch. I had to leave to take my kid to school, and while I was gone, they needed to go into my room. They went out of their way to make sure my dogs didn’t escape. One held a blanket up so they couldn’t escape down the hall, as well as putting 2 boxes in front of my door that they could step over/into my room, but the dogs couldn’t jump over! This might sound like a little thing to some, but after having them escape 3x when my windows were getting put in ( I-5 Exteriors ) , because they were careless , this was a huge deal for me! I was super impressed at the effort they put in to making sure they were kept inside! All of the employees, Brian ( the salesman )the electricians, and the installers, were super friendly, very professional, and an all around pleasure to have in my home! I would say that out of all the companies I have had do work for me, Millers Heating & Air was by far the best, most professional, and all around best experience I have had! I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend to everyone!

Zack called in advanced to give an accurate time of arrival, provided thorough explanation on the issues found and the solution possible in a clear and concise manner. He was polite and informative, and his knowledge of the equipment involved gave me confidence in his work. He provided multiple clear pictures of pertinent items and went above and beyond what we expected him to do. We will definitely be using their services in the future as this level of customer service is an unfortunate rarity. I never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary service or product and felt like he truly cared about his company, work, and his clients.

11-12 appointment window. Approaching 2, no show, no call. They go on my never use list. Update: Prior to this appointment I spoke with both a scheduler and a technician. Both were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I was encouraged and looked forward to my appointment. But the appointment got botched and I know how it happened. But the fact is, for the missed appointment their automated system sent me a no-reply schedule confirmation and a day prior re-confirmation to which I responded "confirmed" to which they responded "confirmed." This was not the schedule we had ultimately agreed on but I went along with this wrong appointment time since I could make it work with some changes to my schedule and I didn't want to call back and untangle the mess. But no one showed or called despite the confirmations. After my first post above, their service manager called and left a message to apologize and offer me a concession. He was also pleasant and contrite and I have no doubt this is an earnest and well meaning group of folks. For those more forgiving than me, you can view this as an honest mistake and forgivable. I certainty am swayed by dealing with pleasant people but also require competency and reliability, especially when dealing with a dangerous matter like electricity and use of my valuable time. I seek better than this from my service providers and my conclusion stands.
