Have used these folks for years on my rental house. Very pleased. But on the latest job, not so much. Gas was cut off to my mom's house when PNG (Piedmont Nat Gas) meter guy saw meter running. Called Superior. Not happy with their attempts to address the issue. But, after a meeting with customer service and a review of what happened, they stepped up and will make it right. I can handle a mess up when you step up. I have edited and condensed my original post and look forward to their final fixes.

We had a gas unit so Superior Mechanical came and installed a brand new electrical heat and air pump. We love these guys. They are a great company to use. We have used them twice at two different houses. And the guys are awesome.

Zach came to my home this morning stayed 2hours cleaned,checked connections replaced old parts. He left about 11 outside unit stopped working called Superior about 2:30 Zach came back just after 7 fixed the problem he was very polite and knowledgeable he felt bad the unit stopped working it was just a loose wire I would recommend Superior Mechanical to everyone had a great experience with them would definitely call them again
