If they had a minus star i would put that! I waited for 3-4 hours, left for 30min and he shows and finishes job! Said my unit needed gas and had a leak, had to call someone else who said IT WAS NOT LEAKING and was COMPLETELY full of gas!(this was 3months later!) If it was leaking id think some would have leaked out! Plus his presentaion was NOT professional! AT ALL!!
