I used them a while back to fix my unit. It had stopped working and they came out and diagnosed it leaking freon and found where it was coming from then came back and fixed it. The service was great and they were easy to work with and the price wasn't that bad. I didn't have any problems until about a year later it was completely out of freon and stopped working. I had someone else come out and was told it was leaking freon due to some bad welds when they replaced the messed up part. My husband called and was told that they don't have a warranty so it is what it is. We have had to have it recharged twice since they fixed it while we work on saving up money to have it fixed right.

We are truly sorry that you are having issues with your unit, especially during such a cold season. We take pride in our work and always guarantee our labor for a year. The service tech that worked on your unit last year specifically remembers the repair. He checked the pressure and ensured that the leak was fixed. Within a year’s time, a handful of things could have happened. No matter what caused the unit to begin leaking again, we wish that you would have given us a chance to address the issue before calling for another opinion. We definitely would have made it right. We do hope that you’re able to have it repaired soon and that you have zero issues from here on out. Again, we apologize for any extra stress or frustration that we may have caused.

Maberry's came out to do a service call charging me $105 filled my unit with 4 pounds of Freon, and then a week later it all leaked out because they never checked for a leak in the $105 service call. All other companies that I've contacted said that anything over 2 pounds they start to do a leak test. So I paid $265 for one week of air conditioning. My unit is under warranty so I called to see how much they would charge to put in a new coils, The coils are free mind you $350 labor + $40lb freon. I called volunteer heating and cooling and I'm saving $50 on labor and $12 a pound on Freon I recommend them over Maberry's any day

We're sorry you're not happy with the service we provided Brent. Weekend service calls are charged at an after-hours flat rate of $105. This covers our dispatch fee and the diagnosis of the issue. The initial call was on 5/12/18 where we diagnosed the system with a leak and added refrigerant to factory specifications. As this was the first time we'd worked on this system, we could be uncertain where exactly the system was leaking and for how long. Our digital leak detectors work by "sniffing" out refrigerant as it is leaking out of the system, so there would be no way to even search for a leak without refrigerant being in the system. A month later, on 6/15, we returned again at no charge. We were then able to diagnose the system with a leaking evaporator coil. We quoted the replacement of the coil including labor and refrigerant (as refrigerant is not covered under factory warranty). We'd be happy to match a written quote of our competitor. Our heat pump was on its last fan blade when we called Maberry. Blake is the gentleman who handles the proposals, but he was not in that day due to a family member's illness, but he contacted us and came to our house the next day. Our unit had to be replaced and Blake gave us three estimates. We chose one, he ordered it and he and his crew were back in two days for installation. They were all very professional and super nice. Now we are in the coldest time of the year and we cannot express our gratitude enough for Maberry's quick service. We HIGHLY recommend Maberry's Heating & Cooling! Jarvis & Nancy Barlow
