  Unfortunately, our AC started losing coolant and had a number of major leaks. Superior Heating and Cooling came out and offered to repair it but the costs were a lot to dump into a 15+ yr old AC. With the help of the electrician we decided to replace the AC and was given many options. The price was reasonable and the entire experience of replacing our AC was professional, respectful, enjoyable and effortless. The owner and his crew was such a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions patiently and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company highly for all your AC needs.

  Our warranty provider put us in contact with Superior Heating and Cooling of NE FL. The lady on the phone (I think her name was Julia?) was helpful. We had to coordinate multiple schedules so my mother and I called a few times. Michael came to the house. He was very respectful of social distancing and wore a mask around us. He quickly identified our capacitor was the issue and replaced it on our 20+ year old unit. The entire process was very smooth and efficient. Our AC works like new. Highly recommend.

  I want to say this company stand by their values. Even though they could not repair our AC and it wasn't their fault at all. They did everything to assist me with EVERYTHING!! I will say when I need an AC company I will call on Superior to assist us!!! I appreciate their concerns for our broken dinette set and did everything they could to get us a new one!!! Listen call on them and use them you wont regret it!!!!
