I need to start off and say I have not done business with this company BUT I recently had a issue with them that the owner jumped in and said he would resolve. He handled the situation with integrity and honesty that I have not see much of lately with other businesses I have been dealing with recently. It was honestly appreciated. I am used to making deals with a hand shake and have for years taken people by their word. I feel that he stands behind his and I imagine his company stands behind it's word as well. I hope this helps someone make a good decision!

I've had a frustrating experience with this company. They've had to order parts because our unit is old, or there are supply chain issues, neither of which is their fault, however their communication has been terrible. I have to call to get updates and leave messages and don't get a call back. Apparently they didn't diagnose the problem correctly the first time so now we're waiting on another part which may take up to 5 more days to arrive. The tech was also less than friendly when I asked questions about progress or tried to understand the work they were doing. I realize there's things they can't control, but customer service they can and with that I am not impressed.

I have a new Brakes Plus in Erie Colorado and the heating and air-conditioning system was installed by Superior heating and air-conditioning everything was installed Looks and works in perfect condition. After opening one week later had a problem with the heater kicking on call Superior John From Superior heating and air-conditioning was here within two hours and had the problem repaired . it was in a computer board that the manufacturer had installed In the unit It was a new system so it was under warranty no hassles on the repair. The owner of Superior heating and air-conditioning Robert came out the very next day and made sure we were satisfied and everything was up and working.
