This place is a candy store! They have everything you could want. One stop shop! Amazing to find a location that carries everything and the kitchen sink! Very customer service oriented and had all the answers to my questions. Thx!

They value the contractors markup more than your pocket. They don’t give estimates of how much the materials cost to homeowners, when a homeowner technically can install their own furnace. If you are not in the business they won’t quote you. Protecting the markup of the HVAC trade. Shady practice if you ask me.

Have used Johnstone for over 30 years. They where awesome until they recently started price gouging customers. Unfortunately will have to start going elsewhere for our parts.
