  I couldn't be more thrilled by my experience with Sunrise! We have been having intermittent furnace issues, which is a big issue with an infant. A previous company had come out multiple times, each time sending a different tech who provided a different evaluation. The only consistency was that they all recommended different parts be replaced, and the final one recommended replacement of my entire five-year old furnace. Enter Sunrise. I was directed to Sunrise by a friend who'd had a great experience and found them to be honest. And that's exactly what they were! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. I spoke to dispatch on Tuesday and had an appointment set for that Thursday. The technician arrived on time, identified the issues and fixed them (loose blower, dirty furnace), and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Now I again have confidence in my existing furnace, and without replacing any parts! Sunrise has gained a customer for life!

  Very professional from the onset. Salesman was very responsive and helpful in answering all my many questions. Communication was excellent from the sales person to the office staff to the installers. Everything was on time and as promised. They respected my home and did a great job. I had five estimates and I found there’s to be the best. I felt very comfortable using this company and would highly recommend them.

  Ok, I'm not real good at these type of posts. Hopefully this is the real deal: thank you to everyone at SCS for their hard work at making our project a success! the "project" was to go from all elec to natural gas/elec. Lets start with Bill Bentz, our sales rep: he has the patience of a saint, He assisted us on every aspect. The on site techs (Bonn and his crew (Brian & Peter)) were some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated and hardworking folks I've ever met. Yes I know that the entire system change-out just occurred but I have the confidence in the work they performed, as well as, their future support (if needed), Simply put, this company wants your business and has invested in its employees to make it happen. Thank you Bill, Bonn, Brian and Peter for making this project happen in some of the most difficult of times! BTW, with all of this wonderful heat, We're getting naked (LOL). Thanks again. Last note: thank you Sara for coordinating everything. With the positive attitude this company has towards its customers and employees, it is bound to become a larger player in the area . I recommend that folks in this area consider them.
