  Amazing service. Tina (I believe her name was) who answered the phone was so polite and friendly. She had great communication calling me right back after finding us a same day appointment. The service tech was very thorough showing me everything and explaining along the way. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Great work!

  Technician (Dominic) was respectful, patient with all my questions, didn't try to sell me anything like many technicians from other companies have tried to do over the years. He was honest, professional and thorough. They're definitely pricier than other HVAC companies I've used, but they're well-worth the extra $$$. I used them once for a service and this time for annual maintenance. Some companies I've tried seem to first want to gain your trust then sell you something on subsequent visits. I hope Brandywine Valley is not one of them.

  Brian was the best. He figured out the issue and fixed it in a timely matter. I am very impressed with this company. I had been with another company that kept putting me off. Brandywine was out to me the next day and saved me from freezing.
