Absolutely abhorrent customer service!!! They do not answer phone calls or return messages that their "call service" takes for them. So after two days of trying to reach them by phone, I drove to the showroom. Open time is clearly posted online AND on the glass of the showroom. I got there 15 minutes after they opened, walked into the showroom and there was nobody to be found. No greeting. No "hey, someone will be with you in a munute," nothing. Finally, a few more minutes go by, and someone peeks their head out of the room they were all sitting in and chatting and asked me if I needed anything. I told the girl that I was there looking at pellet inserts and wanted to get some prices. She told me that the sales department doesnt open until 9. If you aren't ready to do business with the public, why are you "open" at 8am?? Disgusted that they wouldn't even bother to get me a price, I drove 30 miles to one of their competitors and made my $10,000 purchase. If you're even entertaining the idea of dealing with these people, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!!

Buyer beware !! They won't do cleaning or maintenance of the pellet stove they sold and installed in our home. They say they no longer offer the service unless there was a previously purchased contract. They're honoring those but are stopping all other servicing and maintenance. Last year they stopped selling pellets too. They were very good at selling the pellet stove, pellets, and mentioning the service plan we could get when they sold it to us. Now that we purchased, we can't get the maintenance plan or the yearly service they mentioned.

Simply the worst business of all time. Starting February 2021, I started calling Sunfire to get information on a new fireplace. I was planning on installing Oct/Nov 2021 and wanted to start my shopping early. I'm about 30 minutes from Martinsburg, so it wasn't convenient to visit in person. Since Feb. 2021, I called Sunfire ATLEAST 15 times. Every single time their answering service picked up and took my info for a return call. Every single time , no call back. Don't believe me? Try it. Call them and leave your message. I would love to talk to the owner and ask, why waste people's time? Why play games? Why have a fake service? Just have a answering machine message that tells folks we're too busy to talk on the phone, we only offer in store service. Transparency, is that so hard? Shame on the Sunfire team. Sooooo pitiful.
