I need send out a special thanks to Roach Energy for going out of their way on a Sunday before the snow storm to fill our tank! Our tanks were at 20% and or driveway is steep and will take a while to thaw resulting in us running out of heat and increasing the chances of pipes freezing. Thanks again for you considerate and caring customer service! - much appreciated!

In November 21 they were suppose to come to my home at 85 Constellation Road Inwood West Virginia to deliver propane . My disabled mom lives at my home and is there everyday . After two weeks of never seeing a truck I call them and tell them my tank is empty there response is we delivered 50.8 gallons . I told them the meter says tank is empty their response gauge is broke . January call them again fireplace won’t start they send out tech who says tank is empty . At this point they have billed me 221.00 for delivery they never made plus 79 fee for not using enough propane . They order another delivery their driver calls tells me he is in front of my house to make delivery . I inform driver I’m in my driveway and he is not there . He says he GPS took him to 87 Constitution Rd Martinsburg. I call Roach back once again telling the office driver in wrong location and they have to direct him to Inwood . Driver shows up fulls my tank that was completely empty . He says sorry my GPS took me to wrong location but there is a Roach tank there . Now they want me to pay them another 431 for filling my tank that they never put propane in from November. These folks are crooked .

Called for a conversion of furnace from natural gas to propane and to lease a tank. They came out for a site visit, discussed what was needed, got info off furnace, called me the following day for more info off the furnace (which I gave them). I called them a week later for update and they said they were waiting on parts. Have called them several times in the past couple weeks and always get answering service. I've come to the conclusion that either we got lost in the shuffle or they just don't want our business. They could've at least called and let us know either way instead of leaving us hanging right before heating season. I know this isn't typical of Roach Energy, so don't not call them because of this review, but I'm very disappointed to be part of the atypical. (I hope it's not because of past complaints about their convenience stores regarding covid...my complaints were valid and reasonable.) .
