  Nate came to clean out my washing machine drain in my 100 year old home when he discovered that the clay pipe had collapsed in on itself. He was very honest with me about his attempt to clear the pipe, why it was unable to be cleared, and what could be done to solve the issue. The solution was to move my washing machine, and he provided me a very fair quote for the service. I told him that my dad is a contractor, so I wanted to see if he could fix it to save money. Nate was very understanding and courteous about this, to the point that he even told me my dad could call him if he had any questions about what needed to be done! I was so impressed with his kindness, even as I was turning away service! I will be recommending Summer’s service to others. 10/10 Nate!!

  I called with a plumbing issue in my bathroom, the servicemen were not informed of what the actual problem was so they didn’t have the right equipment. Nate wanted to discuss the issue with his manager. Said they’d be back the next day. Jeremy did come evaluate my plumbing situation the next day & he was not happy to tell me that he thought the plumbing had been installed wrong. The snake auger was going up & should have been going down. They were going to have to jack-hammer up the bathroom floor to see what was going on for sure. When he came back to fix it, sure enough the plumbing was put in wrong, going the wrong direction and not level at all. He proceeded to fix it & install a clean out. They are coming back in the morning to finish up since the cement has to dry before the toilet can be replaced. Jeremy is very compassionate about his work and knows exactly what has to be done. He really hated giving me the bad news, but it was more because someone did a plumbing job that did Not know what they were doing!! I definitely will recommend this company very caring & prompt The job is now finished! This company is very knowledgeable about what they do!

  My water heater needed replaced after 7in deep sewer backup in basement. Jeremy and Austin came over the very next day after I called, they were quick, friendly, and very professional. Then I met Tony who came by to talk about getting a sump pump and new furnace(mine was 17 years old and had some water damage due to the flooding). He was was very friendly, explained the different offers, and helped me get the best deal in my price range. A week later I had my sump pump installed by Jeremy, Zach, and Austin. They did a great job, they’re really nice, and explained how the sump pump worked and what all had to be done while installing it. A week after that Austin and CJ installed my furnace, they explained how it worked and were quick and efficient, when installing the new thermostat CJ was careful not to damage my secretary desk below where the thermostat was being installed, which was very appreciated. All together thank you guys for the patience, hard work, and much needed advice on how to keep water out. 5 stars all the way, highly recommended from a very happy customer.
