A maintenance man at my job referred him and complemented him alot. He came and did exactly what was said of him.  Perfect installation, affordable, and professional. I will recommend him to anyone that need his services.

Our AC went out on a Friday. They were willing to come out on Saturday. They assessed our unit and gave us options. We asked for many different quotes on different units and brands. They were willing to make the calls and get us quotes quickly. They came to install our AC on Thursday. There was a faulty pipe that was damaged when the original unit was put in. That took them extra time to access the pipe and replace it. They could have charge us extra for that work but they didn’t. They were professional and kind.

Norberto was quick to answer my phone call at 8am and was able to schedule the same day. He called to say he was on the way at 11am. Came in with shoe covers (very professional) to check out the problem with the ac.  Unit could have easily been replaced due to the age of the system costing thousands of $$$, but Norberto found the problem quickly and recommended replacing the motor at a significantly lower price. He was able to locate the discontinued hard to find part, went and got it,  and had the system up and running two hours after he came to diagnose the issue.  He even cleaned the other two systems we have to be free of debris to avoid costly repairs down the road.  Hard to find people like this these days and awful glad I came across the other 5 star ratings.  He is deserving of all of them! Thank you sir, Sub Zero will be our go to ac company!!

I paid someone to find out what was wrong with my ac and found out it had a leak and needed a new one.  He came down and looked for no charge and I priced out with several companies sub zero gave me the best price hands down.  He also helped with a problem with the bedroom that was getting no air and wanted to make sure it was working before he left.  He worked all day and fixed the air for the bedroom and items on the ac to make the attic easier access at no charge.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly.  I would recommend him to anyone looking for any ac repair.

In addition to diagnosing the problem and completing the repair quickly for a reasonable price, Norberto checked on a number of potential issues and left us with a couple items just to keep an eye on that weren't a problem at the moment but could be, due to the age of the unit, at any time.

Our air conditioning and heater system needed to be replaced after 26 years of faithful service.  Being on a budget, we did not think we could afford a new system.  I did a Google search and discovered Sub Zero.  After a pleasant conversation with Roberto, we took a chance and applied for credit.  We were approved, with a buffer for any unexpected expenses.  Not only did we get the new unit we desperately needed, we also had our duct work repaired and new platform built for the gas furnace!!!  We purchased another Rheem product.  After the first Rheem system lasted 26 yrs, that was testimony enough for another one.  Roberto knows what he is doing and can recommend needed changes.  We were given options for upgrading the efficiency of the entire cooling system.  It costs nothing for his estimate.

Great tech and service
We called him out to inspect our unit not only did he inspected but he serves the whole system and told us that all we needed was the thermostat highly recommend it’s great in this day and age to find people who do quality work and charge a reasonable rates many air conditioner people out there just rip you off I did not find that to be the case with this man and his business. A lifelong citizen of the community born and raised right here in Tyler ,
