Felt like family walked in my house. They came when they said they were going to come, they did what they said they were going to do, and they left everything better than before they arrived. Can’t do anything but recommend their services.

Man, man, man. They already got me when they showed up 30mins early lol. As many of the other reviews have said, EXTREMELY professional with their conversations and their work. Very down to earth while staying professional at the same time. You don't get that all the time. They explained everything very thoroughly. Once they get to working, you'd better get out the way! 🤣They were almost like family. I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone and be using them again. I really couldn't post everything about them. Y'all would get tired of reading lol. It was just that good! Keep up the great work guys!

Let's start of, Jr and Brandon show up early to clean my chimney duct . Live in an apartment and I know it hasn't been cleaned for 2yrs. These guys did great work ! Drop cloth, vacuum, wipe down, put things back . Very professional and super nice . There was so much soot build up . Jr was covered. Didn't even complain .

These guys are great. On-time, friendly, professional, and they take the time to explain things and answer questions along the way. Even things unrelated to the service they’re there to perform.
10/10, will hire them again.

Technician was knowledgeable, experienced, and pleasant to work with. So glad we had ducts cleaned and 50 year old, inefficient vent covers replaced.

These guys were on time in the day they scheduled. I received multiple alerts confirming our appointment which was great! They were nicely dressed, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company-I was VERY pleased with the overall job.

Marcus and his crew were very professional and polite. They stayed within the price they quoted me which was really important to me as well. They cleaned the air ducts, caulked where necessary, and cleaned my air conditioning coils. Everything is functioning smoothly. They also cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them again in the future.

I live in an apartment complex in Tyler, TX. While taking a walk, I noticed a van parked in our parking lot that said “Air-RX” duct cleaning.  I knew that the air ducts in our apartment had never been cleaned in the five years that we had lived there, and I doubted if they had ever been. I called Air-RX, got a free estimate (which was very affordable,) and made an appointment.   The gentleman that did the work was very polite, and knowledgeable.  He said that it would take about an hour, but ours was so dirty, it took a couple.  He was very thorough and even took pictures in the ducts before he cleaned and after to show me the difference. I was amazed, and pleased, at what he did.  He cleaned our vent covers and made them look brand new.  He sprayed the mold and mildew that has accumulated in the ducts, and also a sanitizer to kill any bacteria and viruses present.  He cleaned up after his work was finished, and even put brand new screws in our vent covers that had been painted over for years – now that is what I call real service! My wife has had an awfully bad cough when she gets up in the mornings for quite a long time now.  She was sure it was because of our two cats and the pollens in the air. This morning, after having the air ducts cleaned, the cough was gone.  Having dirty air ducts in your home can be very detrimental to you and your family’s health.  I highly recommend getting them cleaned (they suggest, at least, every two years,) and I HIGHLY recommend Air-RX to do the job.
