  Eddie arrived out within a few hours of our call to look at our heat pump (was not working properly). He spent over two hours getting it to where we are now getting comfortable temps in our home. Even showed me how to do routine upkeep on our unit. He was professional, polite, and cares about his customers. I endorse them.

  Had a motor fail on an older furnace and Links was able to find and get the part installed before the cold snap set in. involved was courteous and professional. Have worked with Links for many years on the comfort plan. this is the 1st work I ever needed. That in itself speaks volumes.

  superb service. Kept me informed throughout the process . explained the inner workings of my heating/ac system. Effectively troubleshot and restored prior mistakes made by other technicians. I will be calling them for my and heating needs in the future. task well done!
