  Called them at 7:45 this morning they were just getting day started they called back quickly and we had heat by 1pm. Thank you guys very. Much!!!!

  I believe his name was Jeff came out to look at my house to give me an estimate on installing an AC. He said he would get back to me in a couple days with an estimate. After about a week I called and talked to his secretary and told her I was waiting on an estimate she said Jeff is out of town he’ll be back on Tuesday, I called back on Wed so now it’s been almost 2 weeks since he came out and secretary tells me he’s out of the office but should be back shortly and she will let him know. Anyway I’m still waiting on estimate almost 3 weeks now.
