  ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! We were in the process of listing our father's house for sale when one real estate agent noticed a gas smell. X-cel came out, shut the gas off and red-tagged the boiler. We called Hawks Air Service and they sent Michael out immediately. He diagnosed the problem and explained to us the pros and cons of repairing or replacing. After Michael explained what the problem was to us, in terms we could actually understand (!), we opted to replace it. The boiler's age indicated that this was the best option, but we really appreciate the fact that he took the time to lay out the option to repair. When we called to schedule the replacement they recognized and appreciated that we were in a time-crunch situation as we were wanting to get the house on the market so Debbie coordinated to have Michael come out within 3 days. Michael was professional, on time and did nice clean work. As I live in Denver and could not be on site during the install, Michael kept me up to speed throughout the whole process with texts, phone calls and photos - VERY PROFESSIONAL! I HIGHLY recommend!

  Their repair of my 16 year old system worked for a bit but unfortunately it was time to replace the unit. They installed a nice new and efficient York furnace in 1 day for a much cheaper price than competitors. Their techs are polite and professional and cleaned up everything after their work. I will continue to use Hawk's for all of our HVAC needs. Thank you!

  Hawk's Air Service is fabulous! Our AC stopped working at the start of Labor Day weekend. I called Hawk's on Sunday morning. I got a call back right away from Michael. He told me they don't charge extra for working on a holiday weekend. He came to our house the same day and right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a failed electrical part. He had parts with him and replaced the part right away. We had nice cool air again! The fee was reasonable and he told us up front how much it would be. We are so thankful for the honest, fair, and professional service from Michael at Hawk's Air Service.
