  He was right on time. Diagnosed the issue with our dryer, shared the issue with us and just happened to have that part on his truck. He then fixed it right away. Super nice guy. Very friendly, efficient and did not over charge. He was very affordable. We would use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

  We have called Steve twice now. First was to look at our oven and then our refrigerator. Steve responds in a timely manner and is very efficient. Very honest. Very kind. Reasonably priced. Steve knows what he is doing and we can tell he has a lot of experience. We highly recommend Steve.

  He came to fix my fridge, the next day it wasn't working again. I called, left a message and no one got back to me. I have talked to others who have used this business and I am not the only one he has done this to. Very poor customer service
