Very professional from owner to employees. So glad I found a heat and air company that I can trust to make decisions that are best for my home. Best decision I made was calling Steveson heat and air to purchase and install my new AC unit.

I do not review many things, but I just had to on this company! This summer we noticed our heat and air unit was freezing outside, so we called Pearce Heating/Air. The quote to fill our unit with the needed freon R22 was $745.52 (just to put freon in alone) plus a $69 service fee. They also said we needed a new unit and gave us quotes on that as well. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Stevonson’s. The tech, Tyler, said we needed 2 pounds of freon, cleaned the grass out of our outside fan, and the charge (drum roll please) $250. The house is amazingly cool now, and I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of! So, in saying all of that...this company provides HONEST service with fair pricing! I will never use another company after this! They will not try to sell you something you don’t need or take advantage of your lack of A/C knowledge! Definitely a 5 Star company!

It is hard to even give one star to this man and company. Unpleasant to deal with. Very passive aggressive. Doesn't answer texts or phone calls. Kept making him come back to fix things minor that should have been fixed to begin with. Year later had major leak and damage from unit. Over 1000 damage. He blamed me for everything. Told me I voided the warranty by just using it. Blamed me saying I should have kept it clean. Told me he cleaned everything and was fixed. Still water leaking around unit. He came back told me house settled and was reason for leak. Told me he fixed that. He left unit off and attic door open. House was almost 90 degrees when I got there. Turned it back on and few hours later checked it and still water. Texted him letting him know and he never texted or called back. Had another ac guy evaluate. Many things wrong. Both units unlevel and missing insulation and stop switches not working. not wired right. Trap not present. Moisture running down wall from vent. State inspector called will let u know
