I paid an $89 service fee. Tech told me I needed 4 pounds of freon and would cost $60 a pound plus labor which he said would cost a total of over $400. He said the system had a leak and I could contact the company that installed my system to get that checked out. The tech never went and looked at the inside part of the ac or anything. Why would I spend that much in freon to have it leak out? I declined the freon. After he left, I did a search online and found information on shop vacuuming the drain line. I followed the instructions and my ac has been working great since.

My service call is $95 not $89 this is a lie I do not have a Tec I do all my work you have the wrong company Or the other company in Napa that is telling there friends to post fake lies bad reviews on my business.I don’t know why someone would stoop so low to do this there is more then enough work for everyone in Napa.

They refused to come out until I paid a service fee before coming out. They finally replaced the whole ac system which they should have done the first time and now it’s 91 degrees with it set on cool and they tell me they can’t come back out for a week. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I think you have the wrong company you might talk to the company that came from out of town an has a HVAC business in Napa now that told you to post bad an fake reviews an lies about me to try an ruin my business an lower my 5 star review I never talked to you.I did not install anything for you. I've owned 9 different homes over the past 40 years, and Steve is the most responsive, knowledgeable, and honest HVAC professional I've ever dealt with. My present home in the Napa Valley had a dead A/C unit when I moved in. In the middle of a Spring heat wave (when everyone was calling him for A/C help), Steve installed a new A/C system less than one week after I agreed to his extremely reasonable terms. When the weather cooled back off, my gas furnace wasn't starting. I left a VM on Steve's office line. He called me back in 5 minutes and stopped by to swap out a defective switch less than 15 minutes later! It doesn't get any better than that!
