  Jonathan was the technician who came for maintenance, he was professional, dressed well and was on time but that being said, I wasn’t shown numbers of my unit maintenance and wasn’t walked through the details of the maintenance. No difference between before and after. I was told that my refrigerant was slightly lower. Today I had a second opinion done by Absolute Air and the Technician Joseph was absolutely terrific, he was me through the details of getting my A/C up to day 1 specifications which weren’t shown by Dynamic Air. He did a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside unit and I have the pictures as a proof of how the previous day cleaning was a dud. I’d pick Absolute Air over Dynamic Air any day, sure it’s $20 more but worth it. I also received a detailed report of my unit instead of just check marks which hold no value.

  I had made a service call to attend to my AC unit in August 2018. The only positive was that they responded quickly and came by within 1 business day. But I was charged $240 to replace a capacitor that costs only around $20 in the aftermarket!!! Granted that I should also pay for the service call/ technician, but a 12 times mark-up to replace the capacitor was exorbitant. Moreover, I was told that there was no warranty on any of the parts or service unless I entered into an annual service contract. So typical bait and catch!! Whatever happened to local small business that were part of the community and looked out for customers?

  DON'T use this company if you require someone to get back with you. I wrote this after just one dealing with this business. I should have waited and used them a few times. I called them within thier business hours 3 times but never received a call back from them. I ended up spending much more because of having to call another company to fix my AC issue @ emergency call prices. This company had the gall to say, "Sir we don't see how we costs you any money." Below is my original review..... Being a landlord I deal with a fair amount of smallish service business. With Aire Serv I'm able to call and forget about it till the end of the day.
