  Quick and courteous service. My first in using them. Friendly and professional. Matt Key was my Service Expert for the minor electrical issue I had. He put on his mask and shoe protectors before entering my home. For the work he was doing I told him that I had looked it up on "you tube" and was going to try and do the electrical work myself but I wanted to live another day. We both laughed, then he said, this can be dangerous work. I took it as a punch line and chuckled, so he had a wonderful sense of humor. He did not mind answering my questions and explained to me what he was doing because enquiring mind wanted to know. I felt comfortable with him being in my home. Before he left he explained the membership benefits to me that was offered through their services. I will be using Stateline Services in the future and definitely recommend them. Great service!

  The gentleman that came to our home and installed our generator and automatic transfer switch were second to none. The owners of the company went above and beyond in explaining how everything works and in the knowledge they had of this system. Everyone was very professional and the charges were more than reasonable. If you are looking for a Hvac or electrical service, you need look no further than Stateline Services. I man certain the professionalism and knowledge extends to all of the other services they provide, but I can not speak on those personally. Thanks again for the quality work!

  Chris Ross was very prompt coming to my house. Chris was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to answer all our questions and also gave suggestions on improving our plumbing situation on our house that was built in 1958. I would recommend this company to any job big or small. I will definitely use this company again for additional work needed on the house. Alica J.
