  Horrible! Went to the courthouse 3 times now to get a simple print out of a accident to file with my insurance company and still nothing! Someone hit our car and can’t get the print out of the case. Just inexcusable! The accident happened on 2/24 and it is now 3/16 and still nothing.

  The clerk that I spoke to obviously doesn’t know how to deal with the public. Public friendly staff is essential.
