  I have used Star Air multiple times for my AC needs. They have been responsive to my calls even on the weekends. I needed them to diagnose an issue with my AC on multiple occasions and they were quick to show up and resolve my issue. I would recommend them to anyone in the area needing help with their AC.

  Star Air HVAC is unorganized and hasn’t seemed to get better. Past employees have been treated unfairly and even mislead/lied to. Overpriced for what they are. ZERO quality management and once again, COMPLETELY unorganized with all aspects of business. Made a google account just to make this review, which is something I have never done.

  We had an awesome experience with Star Air. Great team of people. Barry Barbara, Melissa, Travis and other service agents were great when it came to the quality of work in repairing our HVAC after lightning 🌩 struck our house. Very reasonably priced on the repairs.
