This company worked with me to get my furnace fixed in 28° weather. He went and picked up the part and accepted a postdated check when my pension would be available 3 days later to cover the cost. According to several comments from people who know HVAC on FB, I was way over-charged. At the end of the day, I have heat and I am grateful.
