The gentleman Rick Cameron arrived on time, masked as requested, and set to diagnosing the problem. He check the thermostat and dismembered a small gas stove at my father's house, said he would seek the part needed. He said that we may need a new stove and advised me to start shopping. He was confident that he could solve the problem one way or another, saying on his way out that he would stay in touch. He would not take money until the problem is solved. I am very impressed with Mr. Cameron and look forward to the help he brings to my father's household.
