  Called Stanley best in September to have pipe running to furnace repaired. When I called I was informed the if work was done how much the labor would be, and that a quote would be free. Once someone came out pictures were taken for a quote and I was charged. I have not heard back from this company since being charged until I called myself. I was informed the person who handles parts was waiting still. Here we are 4 months later no call back and I had to call another company to complete a job. A job that was completed in one trip by this other company within 30 minutes.

  Well I contacted Stanley Best back in February to run duct work into my new addition this summer. They came out and gave us a quote we could live with. About 4 weeks ago I contacted them to be sure they could do the job. We were ready for the job to start and called 3 days straight before Ryan contacted us and schedule us for this week. Got a text today and said now they are 3 weeks out. I have no faith in this company and we are using someone else. I would given less stars but they did respond to the quote and the office people were very nice.

  After 30 years of using other H&A businesses , I found the best ! Every aspect of their service is top notch. All people I interacted with were friendly, professional and very competent. The unit they helped me select and the workmanship of the installers was excellent . Glad to find Stanley Best H&A.
