  The two installers were very professional, kind and hard working. They respected our home and family. They did a great job of explaining the installation process to us and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

  We called to have an assessment done because of cold spots in the house. The technician (Daniel) was excellent and came on Friday. He assured me we would have a quote by Monday. No quote on Mon,Tue etc.. I called on Thursday the following week and was told it was complicated and the owner had to be involved and I would have a return call by that afternoon. No call and no quote. No call or quote the next day Friday. The following Monday still no return call. I called and spoke to yet a different lady who told me she would look into it. She found a quote and sent it to me. 2700 dollars to add and extra duct in the MB so we could finish our remodeling (The reason we asked for a duct to be added). The quote states "Balance air flow and add dampers" but the technician never measured air flow. It looked like a total re-work of the plenum and duct work was planned. Obviously, after begging for a quote, I received the price that said "We don't want to do this work". 02/15/22 - Update. The owner did make good his promise to instal the duct work we needed in a very timely manner. He called me and we made amends at whatever the miscommunication that happened. They are worthy of the five star review just as many others have left. Good job A&L.

  Mr Juneau I'm sorry for the delay , there's not much I can say except I'm sorry , it was a oversight. As for scope of work, our understanding from the call that was made into office was that you wanted help with getting the airflow in the home better, and the issues Daniel brought back and pictures showed some issues other then just adding a register. If that is all you would like done ? I would be more then happy to add a register to you room at no charge for the trouble the time delay caused you. We do not want things to be difficult for you . Please let me know if you would like to accept the offer

  Aaron was excellent at presenting my options for repair and installers were professional at their work and went above and beyond and cleaned up and swept all away. This was third time they have been here but for three separate issues. I now have all new system and a cool home. Thanks team!!!
