  It didn't take me long to warm up to him because he was so pleasant and approachable. My AC/heating unit was thoroughly inspected by him and he had photos to show me what he had done, as well as what needs to be done in the future. I was never pressured into buying the service plan, but it was a no-brainer for me, especially given how cheap it was!
