  I have been using Spectrum for years and will continue to do so. The prices are fair and every employee that has serviced my a/c and heating unit was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I want to give a shout out to Matt and Wendell. Keep up the good work.

  Customer service is excellent. Sent a online request and received a call the following morning. Repairman was very polite and prompt. Tried to save us money with the best plan of action for an older unit.
