Sent an air conditioning repair man to do annual check on washer and dryer. He had no idea why they scheduled him either. So we didn’t get our inspections. Not technicians fault, but poor scheduling on Sears. He was very nice considering the mess up in scheduling. Still need service done.

This was the 7th repair person to come to my home. 3/4/19 - was told the unit had no insulation on the freezer side and was not repairable. 3/19/19 -repairman readjusted the doors and cut two holes at the bottom of the unit giving the wires more room so they didn't fray. 4/1/19 - repairman held a blow dryer on the seal around the freezer door and said that should fix it. 5/10/19 - repairman said unit was not repairable, same issue with insulation either none on freezer side or it has fallen down. When you press on the freezer side panel it is hollow. 5/16/19 - repairman put silicone goop around gaps on the inside of the freezer door between the casing and unit itself. Doubted it would stop the growling noise but said that was all he could try to do. 6/5/19 - repairman said unit was not repairable, same issue with insulation. Call stat while at my home and reported this. Lady on phone with him yelled at him. I video'd this conversation. 11/22/19 - repairman called before he got to my home, came in heard the noise and told me that was a natural noise on this unit. He googled an article to show me, then answered the questions I had with the same response. I asked him to leave because I felt he came coached what to say and show me. These sessions listed above incurred 7 PTO days my husband and I had to use from work, anxiety to no end because I have a master plan agreement and Sears and the warranty company are not doing the right thing. This unit is two years old and an embarrassment at the least when guest open my freezer. I have several videos of this unit and the noise it makes. If this is a normal noise, shame you for selling this unit and expecting customers who purchased for a lot of money to accept this. I was also told the master agreement holds a no lemon clause and after a customer has 3 calls to Sears for repair or evaluation a replacement is warranted. I've been teaching customer service for 41 years, I'm appalled at what I have received with the exception of one gentleman on the phone. I'm 100% sure this email will bring no closure to my problem and probably be tossed in the trash. I will however share my experience with anyone who asks my opinion on your products/service and warranties what you have put me and my husband through for the last nine months.
