  I used the dryer vent cleaning service and we had a small problem. However, the Company responded by going well above and beyond in order to correct the issue, and vastly exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience I would I highly recommend Specialty to anyone considering using their service.

  They did a GREAT job. Showed up on time and were very polite and professional. Only company I called that I was able to get a real person not in a call center. Pricing was cheaper than other quotes too.

  We were very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of Specialty Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning! Our clothes were not drying as quickly as usual, and there was a code on the dryer that there was a blockage in the vent. When I called Specialty, Vinny was able to come out the same day and did a great job cleaning the blocked vent! We will definitely use them for dryer vent cleanings in the future!
