  The B&L team really stepped up when another HVAC serviced our H/A units through a 2-10 warranty claim and left both units inoperable. B&L helped us navigate the 2-10 process and installed our new units without fail. The two installers (Andy & Dallas) were very professional. We have found our longterm HVAC provider.

  Both Riley, on the first visit, and Joe, who installed the repair part the second visit, were great. They were very pleasant and competent, and explained everything in detail. The communication from the office was also exceptional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

  A young man named Riley came out last week and determined our compressor had gone out in the ac unit. Since it was only 1yr old he said we could have replaced under warranty, it took a few days and some assertiveness on B&L’s part, but they were able to get covered rapidly compared to the normal wait period. Today, Riley showed up in the heavy rain and installed our new unit. We’re so appreciative as I know it would have been easier to complete this job in the sunshine, but he went above and beyond. So here we are from 🥵 👎🏼 to 🥶 👍. Thanks B&L and of course Riley!
