  I was so lucky to find this company. The heater just wouldn't warm up the house completely. I called to ask a few questions and she was able to set up a next day appointment. The technician called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to let me know his eta. He was super friendly, worked fast and was even very patient about all of my random questions on what things did and how they worked. While he was out he checked the AC to make sure I would be good for the summer as well. What I appreciated was him checking the filter and NOT offering to sell one to me. He just let me know it would be good for awhile and no push in sales. The price was very fair and he worked fast. Hopefully I won't need them soon :) But if I need something I am absolutely calling them.

  They were able send a technician to us the same day that we called, and identified what turned out to be a wiring problem and fixed it that day. The work was done well and they were professional and courteous.
