Robert and Matt have been phenomenal in helping me with various issues involving my heating and cooling unit. They have been responsive and on time every time I’ve needed them and they’ve gone above and beyond to get my unit working. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a heating and cooling company!

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS USE THIS COMPANY! We contracted through Lowe's and these are the people that they sent out to put in an entirely new AC unit in the house completely new brand new ductwork brand new AC unit and it has been a nightmare ever since. They peed on our basement floor (which I can't prove but I know it was them) they took months to do a job that should have been maybe one month's worth. We move in and it gets cold outside and there's no heat so we call them back out here per the instructions with the warranty with the unit and he comes out and goes oh yeah that was my bad I'm the one who put that in I miss wired something I've got it wired right now you should be good. It's not good! we have five rooms in the house that do not heat properly at all they're constantly cold. We already called one person out here he thought that we just needed more vents that didn't fix the problem. Today we had somebody else come out because we had no air conditioning but understand we've had this unit just over a year and they had miss wired it's so badly that is actually tripping something he doesn't even know what they've done wrong he's going to call his boss and his boss is going to come out here and see if he can figure out what's going on. He says it definitely looks like they've got some of the ductwork pinch closed but there might be some problems with the dampers. The other reason why we replaced these units was because the old one was leaking all over the floor of our basement well guess what we just went down there and the whole room is completely soaking wet with water which we use as a storage room so everything else is soaking with water so here it is 9:30 at night and we're having to clean up a crisis that shouldn't even be a crisis! The whole reason we replaced the unit was to prevent any future problems and here we go. We could have had them continuously come out to try to fix what they didn't put in correctly but every time they came out they made things worse and obviously they have no clue what they're doing or there wouldn't have been a problem to begin with. This is also the people who went into the play room and completely destroyed the ceiling we had to replace the entire ceiling in his room because they did not properly access the ductwork in there. They they took claw Hammers and yanked the ceiling down instead of cutting it down which he did pay for the cost of but it never should have happened to begin with it is just been a Non-Stop Nightmare and problem with this guy so I'm going to tell you right now do not, do not, do not use these people. We have actually voided the warranty on the units by going to somebody else but we really didn't see any other choice because this guy is so incompetent. And yes I did complain to Lowe's they are aware of the problem but nothing's getting done to our satisfaction so we just decided to cut our losses and move on to somebody who could fix it but the least I can do is tell people out there do not use this company I mean just a nightmare they have absolutely no clue what they're doing they shouldn't even be in business.

I am so impressed with this company. Called on a weekend not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday. Owner called me back within 20 minutes and had a service tech here in about 10 minutes and less than 30 minutes later had the problem solved and unit working. Highly recommend them. Excellent customer service!
