  If you need a HVAC company look no further then Sowal Air. I spoke directly to Dave about my AC not turning on after I put a new thermostat in. The unit was turning on but not blowing cold air. Dave scheduled his techs to come out and were here within two hours of my call. They reprogrammed the thermostat within a few minutes and had my AC working correctly again. The techs asked if I was interested in a maintenance plan since we just purchased the home and the unit is about 10 years old. I agreed to have them do the annual maintenance and they were able to knock that out while they were here. I asked the techs if I needed to pay them and they said no, I would get an email with the bill. The bill came via email today and there was just the annual maintenance charge on the bill and nothing regarding the service charge to fix my initial problem. I called them this morning and again Dave answered and told me that correcting the programming of the thermostat was minor and there would be no charge for that. I must say I was surprised by this and thus I just had to provide a positive review. These guys are very professional, do great work and are unbelievably fair in pricing. I believe in taking care of small businesses especially when they are so good and do the right thing for their customers. Use these guys, you will not be disappointed.

  The Sowal Air team came out to help us install 3 thermostats. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again for all our HVAC needs.

  Sowal Air came recommended by our neighbors and we can see why! Our AC seemed to be working overtime and yet our home was still not comfortably cool. Made a call to Sowal Air on a very hot Saturday and they came that day to look at our issue and put in a temporary fix to cool things down until they could come back with the parts a few days later. Technicians were respectful of our property, kept us informed about what needed repair and why, communicated what actions they were going to take, and priced the work fairly. Highly recommend!
