  Terry messed up my a/c, then came back and said he’d fixed it, but he hadn’t, then he left for a long holiday weekend in the summer, and I went 4 days without air conditioning in July before I could get someone else in to repair it who knew what they were doing. Terry did refund my money. It’s not that this isn’t a reputable company, it is, it’s just that the staff isn’t knowledgeable about modern a/c needs.

  Unfortunately Terry's sister passed away with cancer, so yes, he did go out of town immediately. While he was there he got Covid, which he was out longer than expected. We are very sorry for the delay, but in this case it was impossible.

  I have received nothing but excellent service from Terry’s AC and Appliance Repair. Terry is very professional, knowledgeable and has great customer service. Great experience with Terry installing our new unit (2016) and performing HVAC service maintenance twice a year. Thanks Terry, we appreciate you!
